A twist of fate during a COVID furlough period led me to the beautiful landscapes of Cody, Wyoming. Amid the sprawling 130,000-acre terrain, I found a herd of wild horses, a mesmerizing sight that set the backdrop for this amazing Wild Stallion. Over three adventurous days, I learned about the dynamics of these wild horses. The scars and weathered look of this once dominant stallion in the picture are evidence of his resilience. As an older horse, he had fought many battles to retain his position in the herd. Despite the challenges, he thrives, embodying the spirit of survival that resonates with my own journey.
