During the summer of 2023, in the untamed expanse of Utah's Onaqui wild horse management area, we found ourselves on an adventure with our friend, Wendy. In this vast wilderness, we were granted an audience with an assembly of what seemed like a hundred wild horses, a sight so majestic that it took our breath away. Respecting their territory, we kept our distance, capturing their raw, unbridled beauty through the lens of our cameras. As the hour passed, we were absorbed in their world, oblivious to the passage of time.
This tale is more than just an adventure. It's a testament to the bravery and curiosity of these wild horses, the heroes of our story, who dared to venture close and satisfy their curiosity. Their spirit of exploration pushed me out of my comfort zone, leading to a unique image that I will cherish forever.
